Product Manager
About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager (PM) to lead the development and evolution strategy for a new AI-powered digital entertainment initiative at Nanobit studio. The PM will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Content, and Marketing, driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution to ensure a compelling user experience and global market success.
The Product Manager will translate market and audience insights into a cohesive product strategy, define and prioritize features, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a scalable, engaging platform that resonates with users worldwide.
Key responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and articulate the product vision, aligning with business goals and user needs.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that balances innovation, user engagement, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure product features align with positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market strategies.
Feature Development & Prioritization
- Identify and prioritize platform features (e.g., AI-driven content personalization, user interaction mechanics, monetization tools) based on user insights, market trends, and business objectives.
- Define product requirements and user stories, working closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Drive the integration of AI capabilities to enhance content generation, personalization, and user experience.
User & Market Insights
- Partner with Marketing to incorporate audience insights (e.g., preferences, localization needs, engagement patterns) into product development.
- Analyze competitor platforms (e.g., features, user acquisition, monetization) to inform product differentiation.
- Establish feedback loops with users and Marketing to refine features and prioritize content needs.
Content & Platform Integration
- Work with Content teams to ensure the AI platform supports the creation, curation, and delivery of content that align with audience demands and market trends.
- Define technical requirements for a scalable content library to support launch and ongoing growth.
- Support pre-production testing of AI-generated content themes and formats to validate user engagement.
Monetization & Growth
- Collaborate with Marketing to experiment with monetization models (e.g., subscriptions, one-time purchases, hybrid models) and optimize pricing strategies.
- Define and track KPIs (e.g., CPI, ARPU, retention, LTV) to measure product success and inform iteration.
- Develop platform mechanics to drive community engagement, virality, and retention (e.g., sharing, reactions, fan participation).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Engineering to ensure technical feasibility and scalability of AI-driven features.
- Work with Marketing to align product features with go-to-market campaigns, creative testing, and CRM strategies.
- Collaborate with Content teams to prioritize and optimize content pipelines based on platform capabilities and user feedback.
User experience and retention
- Design and iterate on user journeys to maximize engagement
- Implement engagement features like polls, votes, or streaks to boost retention and community interaction.
- Work with Marketing to integrate CRM tools
Experience and skills
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in digital entertainment, gaming, or consumer apps.
- Proven track record of defining and launching consumer-facing products with a focus on user experience and growth.
- Experience with AI-driven platforms or content generation tools is a strong plus.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in analyzing KPIs like CPI, ARPU, retention, and LTV.
- Strong understanding of user behavior, market trends, and cultural relevance in entertainment.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with Engineering, Marketing, and Content teams.
- International experience across markets (e.g., US, Europe, Asia, Latin America) is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a focus on iteration and experimentation.
